Postage/Shipment by Ninja Van
Once your order is processed, we will ship it within 3 working days (Monday - Friday). Package delivery will usually take 2 - 5 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3 - 7 days for Sabah & Sarawak. Kindly wait patiently for your parcel to arrive. If there are any issues regarding delivery, you can directly contact the courier or go to the courier's website to check logistics related to your item being delivered or you can contact our customer service.

Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
We apologize, but all forms of order cancellations and refund requests are NOT ALLOWED after payment has been confirmed.
Exceptions will only be considered if:
There is a shipping error (wrong item/size) that is entirely our fault.
The item received is in a severely damaged condition and can be proven before/when the package is opened (Unboxing video is highly encouraged).
Apart from the two reasons above, all sales are final.
